According to nash charts this is a shove, but it is near the bubble (15 get paid, 20 left). What is the right play?

Shove if you don't feel you have an edge on the field, fold otherwise.

<15bb I'd jam regardless.

For me a fold. Specially in that position.

I'd personally live to fight another hand, close to the bubble. Go for the money then take the risk.

Is it totally wrong to open raise in case we have a tight image in such cases near bubble? And make a cbet no matter the flop because of our image. Apparently if we find ''resistance' we quit the hand after the cbet.

In other words shoving here in that particular hand is the most unexploitable move or no?

Thanks in advance :)

Some of the worst hands to open raise non-allin off a 14-20bb stack are low pocket pairs. This is because they have little postflop playability at this stack depth, meaning we are not going to get very many flops where we flop equity or a decent made hand and can barrel off if flatted. Low pocket pairs also have no blocker value and still have decent equity when called and can get called by worse when we open shove. If we do get 3bet or jammed on then we are now in a bad spot where we cannot really call off and open shoving would have been +cEV.

I'd much rather make a standard 2-2.3x raise here with a hand such as A2s or J9s rather than 33.
