Hmm unsafe flop, He probably waiting card for the straight, or already has a straight, too risky to call !!

fold, run away.........he is a pretty passive player by the looks of it...board too wet. easy to put him on a2, tiny pocket or flush draw.

Call he has a lot of draws in this flop, his over bet make no sense with a strong hand.

you have to think what he has that made him put all his chips on this kind of flop. probable he hits something and something that is good now but can lost value with the others streets to come. A2 is something that is good now, but is just the weak straight, Ax with X>5 gives him 15 outs to improve...

anyway your 99 are not good here, if he is bluffing you congrats. it works this time.

Call, he most likely has straight or flush draw or a hand like Q5 or K5.
