I IN SB (AJ) 2.600 CHIPS
PLAYER#2 (QK) 5.300 CHIPS
BLINDS= 100/200
I RAISE 600 CHIPS
PLAYER#2 CALL
FLOP= 7 5 J
I BET 600 (I THINK THIS WAS MY ERROR, I WAS GOING ALLIN)
PLAYER#2 CALL
TURN= Q
I CHECK
PLAYER#2 BET 600
I CALL
RIVER= 7
I CHECK
PLAYER#2 BET 600 (again)
I CALL
PLAYER#2 WINS WHITH PAIRS QQ
I lost my hand and was almost eliminated because I lost almost all my chips in that hand, I think I should go there after the flop, I also think that if I went all in preflop the player #2 CALL

You are probably right. Shoving all-in after the flop may have made him fold. He didn't raise pre-flop, so you could semi-accurately assume that he wasn't holding AA, KK, or QQ. This would give you top pair on the board.

It was also a rainbow flop, so you could accurately assume that if he was holding suited cards, he would fold as well.
Live and learn. Stow that little nugget of wisdom in the back of your mind for next time
