Very hard spot vs this kind of donkey with AT, definitely I would just called the flop and look the turn, if turn comes that J, I would folded to his all in, if he checks and the river comes that K, this is not his stack, this is my stack!

I think your bluff is bad, this player isn't folding too much as you saw, no bottom pair, no flush draw, and your hand isn't complete.

Vs this kind of donkey I preffer to have patience and wait until catch them, they will auto-destroy.

A 9 is a trouble maker hand. I usually will not call a raise on the button with these holdings. Early in the game I want to ladder as much as possible for points. I will fold more than normal that 1st hour to try and avoid a collision like you had. Loose play is the norm in these games but beware of being trapped.
