raise preflop

bet the flop

raise more on the turn

this way you don't have to overjam the river to get the chips in

preflop shove or raise 5bb,

There is no sense to discuss the hand on later streets, because you preflop limp is very bad, in multiway pot you will be far behind most of the time with a top pair..

In any tournament i wouldn't limp. Nor in a freeroll. I would make it 105 preflop (75 my standard raise with those blinds and stacksize + 30 from the limp). Especialy in a freeroll you have to raise these for value. You have a strong hand, but you dont want to go to the flop with a lot of players holding JJ. If you want you can make it even bigger knowing they like to call in freerolls, But i like to stick to 105 because the flop might have overs and the pot would be already big if you make it bigger, and you might have to make harder decisions when overs come on the flop. Then on this flop, it depends howmany players went post flop after you raise (it would be a totally different hand if you raised preflop) i would bet 35% - 50% depending howmany players will call and shove on most turns.
