Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) Hero has K Q

Turn: (6.5 BB, 2 players) 9
UTG bets 3.25 BB, Hero calls 3.25 BB

River: (13 BB, 2 players) 9
UTG bets 3.25 BB, fold,

Should I have Cbet? I feel I had a good enough draw with 2 overs to take free card.

Turn size OK?

Hero call river? I think I could have been good. Would it have been worth it?

On the flop I would just bet and get it in if possible. As played call turn is fine and fold river.

I think you should bet bigger pre flop. My "standard" raise with one limper and position is 3 BB (a bit bigger if its early in the tournement). I agree with the post above that you should bet the flop. I would be happy to take the pot right away, but if villain call we still have a lot of equity against his calling range. This may even give you a opportunity to value bet on later streets if you hit or maybe check the turn for a free card if things get suspicious. In this particular case you may get to the river for the same prize, but also with fold equity in your favor.

As played I would play the turn and river like you did.

Just my humble opinion.

By hand equity, betting the flop is necessary.
