This is deep in a freeroll tournament only 2 tables left already ITM. Should I call the river? Could I have played other streets differently?
Your thoughts and analysis of the situation are welcomed.
I would post my decision after.

is he aggressive/passive before & what kind off hands he usually open (because 6x bb raise seems weird)?

i'd start betting the flop because of the 2 spades

check/call turn

check/calling this river if hes been aggressive - but folding if hes passive

Weird spot after he opens 6x preflop and then checks this flop. If his opening range was wide enough preflop for you to flat a raise, then this should be a snap call on the river.

i would call river shove but the hand most certainly would have played out very differently if i was playing it.
For starters, im in the BB and if i think he 6x raises from UTG with anything other then AA then i would of reraised his bet preflop, he would give you his answer by calling you, or re raising, if he 4bets you can be sure he has the goods, if he calls, then when you hit TPTK you can assume your ahead most of the time, its a dangerous board and since you reraised preflop you can safely cbet, he will probably call you if you think he has a smaller pair because hes not going to give you credit for a Queen and will want to see what you do on the turn, so he might call with any pair, then you can check call to the river or bet out again and hope for a fold lol

when does he reveal his A 5?

I though he had A5 too people are playing those baby suited aces way often these days.
I ended up folding the river because there were a number of smaller stacks so I never got to see what he had.
I was moved to the other table a few hands after and the guy ended up busting before the final table which was only like 12-15 hands later. I ended up fourth in that tournament lost on my last hand with AQ that hand is real trouble sometimes.

Thanks for the analysis makes sense I see where I could have played the hand better. The 6X preflop raise sort of threw me off, I probably should have folded preflop or 3-bet it.
