$Freeroll NLHE MTT Deep Stacked: ACR Freeroll River-shove after Cbet, or check behind?

I think I learnt a valuable lesson in this hand about C-Betting in this hand and wanted to run the thinking by the group - see if I'm on the right track...

I bet heavily hear because I have position, and think "yeah, limpers, this is mine". When I miss the flop, an aggressive C-bet seemed like a good idea - but then it got called and i missed the turn - I check here and when a card that could complete the straight draw came on the river, I bet hard to represent the straight. Clearly my bluff was called. Does my line make sense in context?

The river doesn't change anything except for 79.
And it's taught for you to have 79 to rep it.
You don't rep anything with the turn check back, except for some pocket pairs like 99/TT.
IMO you shouldn't play this hand in a freeroll tournament.A7o don't flop well and you don't have a lot of fold equity in a freeroll.

Fold preflop, but as played, you should almost always be c-betting when checked around to you, especially when facing only one opponent.
