Hand 1: For the pre flop raise you must note that there are two jam stacks behind you. If they jam are you planning to call or fold? You must think about this before you make the pre flop raise. Raising is ok there just always be aware of the stack sizes still left to act behind you. As far as your question goes, yes I think you could have got more value there as your raise all in screams nut flush and unless you opponent has a strong one they are not calling. I think they have a lot of Qx here that checked flop since they were out of position. A raise to 5500 there or so might get a crying call.

Hand2: Let be start by saying I think you played this hand very well. Sizing on the 3 bet pre is good. On the flop the sizing to me is very good. Splitting hairs I could argue you could go a touch smaller but I like the sizing very much. The turn is more of a ditto (good sizing but could go a touch smaller). Once he calls the flop he could be floating but many don’t float 3 betters so its safe to say he has something. You make a bet that not only can get value but it sets us up for a river shove if we so choose. Some might say jam the turn since it is pot sized but I think that gives the villain an out to fold. It also is a bet that villain would call if they have something like 99 or 1010 and did not want to 4 bet with. In my opinion you played this hand well start to finish.

in hand 1, I also thought about the following factor: I polarize a lot of valuable and bluffing hands and I thought that my image could induce the heroe call ... I also make this move with nothing in the trhee barrel.
And do not hand 2 do you think you would not extract more in any way? I thought I could have checked the turn ... but I'm also afraid of slow play ... my only threat would be the flush draw because for the straight with A5 I already had two blockers ... I thought the check turn was perhaps the best option...

I dont think checking the turn is best there. You can do it as there are many ways to play a hand profitably but I think the best move there is to barrel. Remember, he called your 3 bet pre and he also called your C bet on a nothing board. He obviously did not have it in this case since he folded the turn but a lot of his range is 77-1010 and he has some Ax that he might get sticky with. The way to get the most value out of this hand is to bet as you did. If you had checked you might have induced a bluff on the river but I still believe in the long run, especially in freerolls, the best way to go to barrel the turn here.
