I call for the simple fact that it's a freeroll and you're drawing to the nut flush.

You're also getting better than 2.3:1 odds to call when you only need 1.86:1 in this situation, making the call a lot easier.

Technically, second nut flush.
It's still the nut flush. The second nut flush would be the KcXc.

If the opponent is drawing to a straight flush, that's an entirely different hand. OP can be drawing to the nut flush while villain is drawing to a straight flush.
