Pretty common spot. Just happened in a cc freeroll.

I raise an EP limper from MP with AK.

Whole table folds and limper calls. Limper only has like 15bb or so, with a pot sized jam left.

Flop comes Q75 with flush draw and villiam jams

In cash I just auto call these because shortstackers are always clowns... What do you guys think? Is there enough trash in their range that you can justify a call? I'm readless but going by the limp, I assume they're not exactly playing optimally. Though they could just be a weird nitty player.

Shove proflop with your stack.
We don't know hero's stack size, nor the stack sizes of LP / blinds

Edit: although it's a freeroll, so jamming the top of your range is never far from optimal

Call. We're only an underdog vs 77 and 55. Against everything else, we're a huge favourite, with over 50% odds to improve if behind.

In fact, if I enter a limping range with a lot of high cards, suited aces, connectors, suited one-gappers and pairs and take out all preflop monsters (AQ+, TT+) because he limped, we are a 73% favourite.
If I then further take out everything that didn't hit this board, we're still a 58% favourite. With 77 and 55 still in that range.

Sorry, I meant there was a flush draw on the flop, not that I had a flush draw.

Also villian was short, I had around 30-40bbs.

I think its not wrong to take a look at the backdoor draws. We know you had a 3-Straight, if you also had a bd-flushdraw you can add ~3 outs. Also from my exp. ppl just jam in these spots (freerolls) with complete air. 9 Outs + that knowledge would be nuff for me to call ;)

How much did you raise pre-flop? And how much was in the pot before villian shoved?

Standard call unless you have specific knowledge villians never does this without the goods. Even then the definition of the goods may be worth the call given the equity you have in the hand.
