I'd give it up..

If you raised, were called, and then put all-in, it is tempting to call the all-in with AKo.
The gut hates to lay down AK live, but if you think about it, how many times have you seen AK get shoved, and neither A or K show up? The probabilities of AK vs any pocket pair are:

AKs has 46% chance; Ako only 43.2% any pocket pair

I can't throw fold AK. I'll go with AK all-in, even on the bubble. If fate reserved me a bad blow, then so be it. Not shamefully out of the tournament with AK))

Interesting. Villain's stats aren't yet reliable since there is only 16 hands of history. This comes down to "do you want to flip?" If a flip isn't OK with Hero, then fold.

Hard to say without any information on the villain. It would make sense for a big stack like them to shove random hands when near the bubble to steal pots from more afraid players. Even if they lose they'll still have a decent stack but they could also win and improve their odds of getting a good prize.

If your mentality is "go big or go home", calling is fine, but sometimes it's ok to play safe and guarantee yourself inside the prize pool.

As played I would probably fold here. SB is shipping way to many big blinds in the middle, and in my experience many players do that with small or medium pocket pairs. And if he flip over a hand like 66, we are not making a profitable call with AK, given that we only put in 2 BB so far.

I dont really like just flatting the mini-raise with AK though. I would 3-bet here pretty much also to isolate and give myself more chances to win the pot. If he had 3-bet here and still got jammed on, we would be priced in to call it off.

the way it played out i like the fold because there wasnt that much in the pot.. I would have 3-bet to about 5.5 BB and then call a shove tho.

if you call you need to win 44% to be even.
If you think his range wider than 66+,AJs+,AKo your call will be profitable.
But with that stack i would prefer fold as we cannot know his range confidently.

The flat call preflop was just plain bad.
Without information on our opponents we dont know if they are shoving aj+ here or just going for the squeeze play with any 2
or is he so tight it has to be QQ+

why no 3bet pre then? UTG+1 seems to open really wide, so a 3bet in Position seems fine.
the 35bb shove Looks like someone doesn't know how to Play post flop and just shoves a big ace here. QQ KK or AA doesn't make any sense if he shoves it like that. so it's either a big ace or a small-medium pp. also with the call he puts us on a weaker Hand and might shove wider
but we are Pretty much flipping against that range
we cover V, so we are still fine with 15bb if we lose. i would call

It's fold. Very bad stack to call. Next time just 3bet vs openraise

You are faced with a difficult choice. Most likely, after raising with UTG + 1, in order to clarify your position, it was worth re-raising. Now, after an all-in, to make the right decision you need to know the story of the villain.

I dont think its bad play.
Its profitable near bubble to flat in position here!

Its a call... To win a tournament you need to win some flips, and money is only on FT ;)

Does the type of tournament help decide if its a call? And what you want out of the tournament. If its your bread and butter and you play it regularly, than call. However if its a bigger special buy in, then maybe fold.
