Micro-mtt Turbo- just joined final table 4 or 5 hands before. Nothing on Villain. Still is a part of my game where I can be Unsure of "optimal" play. Anyone can give me anything you want. I am chip-leader so I like min raising most of my hands. I was unsure if I just shove with my holding???

You have only 2 decisions here. Shove or fold. Both are good, but I would more fold this A3. You are UTG and chipleader. You must remember here about ICM... There are better hands to make pressure

Id fold but either shove or fold. This is pretty good hand to run in ICIMIZER as it might be a shove since you have the Ace 4 handed, but with money considerations it might be a fold. I loathe shoving the weak aces but its what me must do sometime. If there were the money or FT bubble, easy shove. 4 handed easy shove, but ICM considerations is it an easy shove. I think im gonna try to icmizer and see All thier stats look to be solid numbers. Im shoving but going to run icmizer

Everything I imput it keeps saying that you can shove any 2 cards here. I guess since youre the leader, youre putting the icm pressure on the other players. So it looks like an easy shove

I have the "free" version of ICMizer2 so I do not get all the options. Shoving range looks like - 66+ A10s+ AJo+ for 12 BBs-

So?? It appears close, I could have let it go or else I guess open/folding is not horrible?? If I think I am getting folds alot of time??

Thanks for thinking about it.

I tried adjusting their ranges to just calling off with TT+ AK AQs KQs and like they say, you gotta pay to play . sorry Ill try tomorrow ran out of 3 tries. Gettiong back into playing again, I might have to invest in ICMIZER again,

Easy shove pre.

As played have to call this shove, much better to shove yourself though.

Thanks so much for responding. I have started playing micro-mtts about 6-8 months ago. This is definitely where I need to get better.

So in your opinion, there is No reason to just open-raise this hand in this situation?? It is just an easy shove?? So- from this position/ situation- what is your shoving range?? 66+ A2s+ AJo+ for 12 BBs ?? Does that sound right??

Again thank you for your time. Trying to pick your brain. :D

Can prob profitably jam ATC here if everyone was playing correctly, but id lean towards jamming like: 22+, A2+, K2s+, K9o+, Q6s+, Q9o+, J7s+, J9o+, T7s+, T9o, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s, 45s or so.

If I get lucky and "bink" a little score, it would be great to pay for an hour or so of "coaching" will you be able to dumb it down for a micro-stakes grinder??

I only do 2 hour long sessions, i charge 125/hr. My next availabilities wont be until August.

I have lots of exp coaching ALL levels of players.

If you want to really get started: Get upswing poker, go through their cheaper content, then get runitonce and go through the MTT learning paths, then get the Raiseyouredge masterclass.

Also get: Pokertracker 4, holdemresources, and icmizer 2.

Best of luck!

Hey,
This is a fold. But you did put yourself in that tough spot. I would've opened all in everytime unless I am weary of ICM; I would've folded sometimes.

It is up to you to play your way in this kinda of spots! But what I can tell you is that there's always a time to loose you chips, you will never find a way to win every hand... So you'd better go for it with the range you chosen to play with in ths position.

For my range, it is a 100% open shove! unless ICM is huge (then I would try to convince myself to fold but I wouldn't be able to fold... so maybe 99% when ICM is huge) BUT I WOULD NEVER THINK ABOUT OPEN RAISE WITH THESE STACKS

You don't have to play like you are told, you should make some research about the situation and make up your mind about your approach next time!!

GL buddy
