Preflop I'm squeezing here, with such short stacks and a turbo structure, I'm probably making it T2500

Flop, def leading here for 3/4 pot as this is a very wet flop for a bunch of limpers

Turn, yep I'm flatting the min-raise to try and boat up.

River decision, I lead small, T1000, folding to a raise and expecting crying calls from worse sets & 2P. You'll never see a set of Jacks here.

It's the perfect flop with you. You played well on the flop, but I would go 3-bet on the turn, because he is on the button and seems that he has something, maybe a low set or a flush draw.
I would go with a check on the river with my mind thinking of 56s (with so many limpers). And probably would pay up to pot bet.

I think my mistake was not re-raising on the turn.

A min raise was appropriate however, with 7 ppl in the pot a 56 is possible.

Given the dynamic if I checked on the river opponent checked on the river as well.

Villain showed a set of 2's.

I missed a lot of value here.

At a minimum I would have bet the pot, but because I tend to be more aggressive when I believe I have the best hand I might have shoved all in hoping for a call with exactly what the other player had. On the other hand, it has bit me in the arse when I am wrong  You played the hand well and dragged a nice pot.
