In a 10k starting stack tournament and currently 15 people left.

I am chip leader but not by much and I am in the BB.

Blinds are at 2k-4k.

I'm sitting at around 48k chip stack, UTG +1 at 40k and Cut off around 50k.

6 handed UTG +1 min raises to 8k, Cut off calls and I call for an extra 4k with KJ.

Flop comes Kc 2s 4c. UTG+1 c-bets to 10k, cut off tanks a little and min raises to 20k and the action is on me.

I'm looking around and I see that UTG+1 has his cards ready to fold so that is an option I'm looking at. So what does the cut off have?

My thoughts were this, he couldn't have called a min raise with AK because I thought he would have re raised it. He could have KQ or KJ or any other Kx hand. Another option was a flush draw or pocket pair such as 4s-7s.

I put him on KQ or 4s and thinking about that made me think I was beat and
I was also thinking about survival because top 6 got paid.

What is your opinion on this hand?
What do you think the cut off has?

I can provide more detail, if I haven't provided enough.

Really good flop for hand. If cut off seems more like amateur/recreational player I am inclined to fold otherwise I am looking to put my stack in the middle either jamming right there or call and open jam turn (gain an extra 10k here sometimes by pricing in UTG+1).
You are still a ways from thinking about conserving chips and cashing.

Personally I'm folding here and folding pre. We still need to be concerned about UTG's range as his EP minraise range off 10bb will be pretty nutted.

I'm struggling to find what hands we beat here facing this action. CO can easily have 22/44/KQ and maybe AK. I doubt he does this with a worse K and a flush draw either shoves over or calls.

I think calling preflop isn't bad in my opinion, but it wouldn't be bad to fold eighter. Anyways I would've folded after the raise on the flop. I think your read was good, I wouldn't risk all my chips for that hand.
