The only debatable item I can see is whether to 3-Bet pre-flop.

I didn't mean to be harsh, I really wasn't sure why the hand was posted.
Villain's stats make him look very aggressive.
On the flop you have top pair with a good kicker, and an opponent with a habit of putting in a lot of chips with weak hands. Well played.
