$50 NLHE MTT: $$50 NLHE MTT: $$50 NLHE MTT: Live Tournament, what to do on the flop?

Live tournament at my local card room, $50 buy in, 17 players, 2,500 starting chips

Blinds are 50/100, the second level, 20 minute levels

3 limpers to me on the button I have :10s4: :10c4:
I had been card dead the entire time, the only other hand that I played was the previous hand in the SB, I raised :ad4: :4d4:, bet a dry flop versus the BB and won.

I raise to 500
SB and EP limper call. 3 ways to the flop

SB is the villain from the previous hand, older Asian gentleman
EP is a good player

FLOP

:9h4: :5s4: :4h4:

Action checks to me
Pot is 1,800
I have 2,100 behind
SB has me covered
EP has less than 1,800

What do you do here?

I would bet about 700-800ish(A little under half the pot) knowing I will be shoving on the turn for the last 1300 (unless an ace or heart comes up, people seem to always float with aces and you don't block any hearts). If any action was before you, I would have probably shoved because people play aggressive with two overs/top pair in live tournaments.

Shoving to "make things simpler" is a lazy play and doesn't yield the highest EV.

Think about what sizing is best for your range vs your opponent's range. In this spot I'm betting 600.

Shoving in this spot is not lazy play, it is the only correct play. Hero will be commited with any bet here, and will be just giving better odds to villains.
