my question is should I raise turn or go cheaper by calling & evaluating on river?

Wow, deep stacked tourney. I would also call the turn. I think you are losing to too many potential hands here. The bet and call also come from the SB and BB who will have wider ranges pre. The SB bet into several players so we have to assume he has something here and you have someone after you to act. This is no sure thing at all with your set. Hope the board pairs (or quads) on the river really. Folding is not an option.
