Since I'm a cash player my instincts always tells me to 4bet & GII this but quite uncertain about this spot. Both are deep. I'm the chip leader in the whole tourney atm. His range should be pretty strong too.
Around 130 players left out of 270. 40 paid.

Nah, just call. Its too deep to get in pf even for cash games in 8handed table i think. SB range doesnt suppose to have many bluffs as well and most people wont even have correct 3b bluff frequency and will be highly weighted to Value.

In tournaments you should play tighter against big stacks. And they usually play tight against big stacks too, so SB range should be tight. Since you opened from utg, it is just call with AKs, if you were on CO or BTN then it is 4-bet. BTW, deepstacked, I personally call with AKs and 4-bet with AQs, turning it into a bluff.

Call. You’re committing a lot preflop by 4B raising. If you miss the flop and face a donk bet, you’ve got to fold considering SB reraise range is pretty narrow and likely has you beat if you miss the flop.

Deep stack is 3betting from SB another deepstack who raised from UTG.
Sounds like he has a strong hand.
Most likely at this depth he is not going to fold to you 4bet- how do you plan to proceed on a 5bet? Are you calling a shove?

I suggest avoiding such headaches and just calling. You have position. In theory you are getting O.K odds against almost any pair, and if he did this with AQ/AJ you are getting great odds. Give me a flop.

You are behind his range, unless he has decided (from just 20 hands of evidence) that you are a maniac.

You are unlikely to get a fold without a massive 4-bet, and a massive 4-bet will only win you a pot that is still relatively small compared to your stack, or be called by better hands than yours, and probably cost you most of your stack.

I would 4bet it, but if SB 5bets it could be a tricky situation. I'd say its definitely situational. if SB is a nit, then he's probably got AK/JJ+ and is never 3betting and folding to a 4bet... if hes not a nit, then we can definitely give him a 3bet folding range, which 4betting here is definitely relying on FE to be profitable. if he's a competent player than he should fold about 30% of his range to a 4bet... of course it makes it tricky that you only have 20 hands on him
