Preflop I would raise larger.
When facing 2 callers and 3bet from BB, I would 4bet but prepared to fold when facing shove except short-stack SB. 100% not flat call the 3bet here.


Flop I prefer reraise to 3x rather than shove, try to get more values from AJ and overpairs.

YEa cant be calling 10bb preflop. If you think the giy will shove. make it 3.3k or even 4k preflop and that should leverage villans stack to shove or fold

It was not top set, it was middle set. If hero had JJ then it is a top set on flop. Flop jam was made mainly for value.
