I'm opening 3x preflop at this stack depth. Rest of the hand is played fine.

I just have the same open $$ in tournaments when I get deep. I don't want to vary my bet based on hand strength.

You aren't varying your open size based on hand strength. It's the early stages of the tournament so everyone is very deep stacked, it only makes sense to use larger preflop sizings with your entire range.

As played: Hero hand was all the way a big bluff (imo) and you are basically asking do i turn my hand into bluf on river? Ofc i do not mind opening semi weak connective cards early stage for mixing, but meh, things can go ugly.

Definitely not. imo
