1 hand on Villain and this is a pretty reggy tourney, so no stats but I had to V as a fish/donk bc he limped UTG.

Here's the action Preflop:

Game started at: 2017/3/20 13:28:6
Game ID: 870061745 50/100 $200 GTD Turbo, Table 5 (Hold'em)
Seat 2 is the button
Seat 1: teddarooski (5120).
Seat 2: trekotreko1 (5802).
Seat 3: HERO (4450).
Seat 4: Wsopboy1993 (5620).
Seat 7: VILLAIN (5000).
Seat 8: EastofEden (5834).
Seat 9: cabezapl (5000).
Player HERO has small blind (50)
Player Wsopboy1993 has big blind (100)
Player HERO received card: [Qs]
Player HERO received card: [Qc]
Player VILLAIN calls (100)
Player HERO raises (350)
Player VILLAIN calls (300)

I raised 4x in the SB w QQ. It could be argued that 4.5-5x is the right number to charge V more, since I will be OOP for the hand but 4x vs a limper is my usual iso PFR.

Here's the flop action

*** FLOP ***: [4h 2c 4c]
Player HERO bets (450)
Player VILLAIN calls (450)

I usually bet 1/3rd to 1/2 on this dry flop. I went with 1/2 bc I labeled the V a fish/donk.

Any views?

Also, forgot to mention that it is bonus that I have the Qc if a club comes on the turn and I can double barrel.

Your preflop iso raise size is fine here, I go 4x as well.

Against a good player on this flop I'm certainly sizing smaller, however as you said, you have villain labeled as a fish, so we can get away with going larger.

Having the Qc isn't that relevant in this pot as you are going to be able to barrel pretty much every turn that isn't an ace.

Here's the turn action

*** TURN ***: [4h 2c 4c] [2s]
Player HERO bets (1200)
Player VILLAIN calls (1200)

Maybe on this specific board 2/3rd pot is incorrect but I am starting to experiment with different sizing on turns. The main reason I bet 2/3rds pot is that I am OOP and I am finding that I am getting called by draws OOP quite often which puts me in tough river situations.

Regardless V called, so obviously his range includes 4x, 2x, all pairs, 35, and club flush draws. Maybe A3 and A5 but I suspect this is folding Turn.

This turn is a total blank. I bet 1/2 pot as we want to all of his PPs to call.

Here's the river:

*** RIVER ***: [4h 2c 4c 2s] [5h]

Not a great river but 35 is going to have time folding if it got to this point.

Pot is 4200 and Hero has 240 left in stack. I jammed river expecting that I can stillbe called by worse pocket pairs between 66-JJ and maybe 33.

Player HERO allin (2400)
Player VILLAIN calls (2400)

The turn aggression experiment takes a step back. To be continued.

No problem here. If you are raising QQ and getting called by A2 then you have to take it. This is also a new player. He probably only calls with A2 and A4 suited preflop, there's only 2 combos of each of those, also perhaps all pocket pairs that he limp calls 22-99. Some of those beat you like 22,44,55, but there are certainly more hands that he has that call this river bet and lose to you wouldn't be surprised to even see him have a hand like 65 suited. No problem here just unlucky.
