Final table 4 players left, bilnds 20,000/40,000. I'm chip leader with 320,000 stack, in the button now holding 6,6....UTG folds..what should I do? SB has 120,000 stack, BB has 290,000
Anyway the UTG folded already with 250,000

Shove.

With effective stacks of 3BB and 7BB it's an easy all in for me.
Most of the times they will fold, sometimes it will be a coin flip if they call (usually you're even slightly ahead in those situations) and rarely you will be way behind.
With those cards you don't really wanna play post flop, even if stack sizes would be bigger than the normal shove/fold stack size. I would suggest to just shove with them with 20 or even 25 BB, in a short handed game like this, with only 2 others to act.
I have been playing like that in these kind of situations and can show a nice positive EV with the small pocket pairs. With 22 I have 39 BB/100 EV playing like this, which is the lowest EV BB/100 of small pocket pairs I have.

4max, chip leader, 66 you need to open or cold call. I'll do it for the sake of thrips on the flop.

When the stacks are that close and blinds that big, I would be shoving with a really wide range, especially 66. Let the shorter stacks "find a hand".

Crazy that you were all so short stacked, anyways its an easy all in since you had less than 10bb.

Assuming you went all in and ran into a big hand - this is a super easy shove though.

Good luck to you! :D

Easy all in, they wil fold most of the time and you will be dominating a possible A6-, 55- and flip with A7+, KQ-, as the CL tou have to put pressure on them and steal as many BBs as possible, mainly at this point that the BB is very high

Thanks for all the replies, anyway I thought I did a wrong move at all. Sorry I just read all the replies with this thread, I just want to know if you were in my hand guys..
The BB auto call with my 66 shove all-in preflop. He got JJ :(
Out 4th place..

Don't be result oriented.
It doesn't mean because you lost, even if he had a better hand preflop, that you did a wrong move.
You should think about the range he will call with, and the range he will fold.
Being short handed and having such a shallow stacks, a fold will most likely blind you out, if you would always do that in this situation.
If you consider those aspects, you will see that it was a good move and most of the times you will win chips with it.
So, even though you where behind this time, it doesn't mean that it isn't profitable in the long run.
