fold flop, no point continuing here, you're going to be behind alot of the time here with little to no chance of catching up.

if river bet is for value I'd tend to lean to a bet around 200-250 so that those times where you get raised you're not losing as many chips and the same reason for when they have bluff catching hands in this spot like 66, 77, 88, which I have a feeling your opponent may be holding in this hand.

Thanks, i will start folding flop on boards and situations like this, i was betting for value on river. Villain had 77.

Betting Ace high for value? Just what hands are you expecting Villain to call, that are not typing or winning. I doubt he folds and ace.

The question that should be asked from the beginning is, "What is Villain's range? Even a loose player will have lots of aces and medium to small pairs, that they are willing to check down to the river.

Fold flop, river just check/decide. You can overbet as a bluff with other hands but with ace high u have showdown value.

Agreed with others here. Flop is a fold, or a chk/raise.

Id just fold vs most though.

Should check river and call vs loose players, fold vs rest.

Exactly this, though I don't think you'll find many players in 4.5 on PS that are loose in that spot, so in most cases its a fold.
