Easy fold, BB is not going to be rejamming light here against UTG opening off 18bb and UTG+1 flatting.

I call JJ+/AK

I made this UTG open in order to induce such situation and flip for a double up and make it in the money relatively with a decent chip stack. So you think that my overall pre flop game wasn't good?

In general that is a good plan, however, when the BB rejams on you here, he is not going to be light.

The BB needs to be shoving 77+ AJ+ here for you to call profitably assuming UTG+1 always folds. If I tweak that range to 99+ AQ+ (more realistic), then it is -EV to call off with 88 here.

You need 39.7% equity to call here assuming UTG+1 always folds. Against a range of 77+ AJ+ you have 42%, against a range of 99+ AQ+, you have 35%.

I don't like to open raise 88s UTG when we only have 18 bbs, as we don't have enough BBs to play post flop. I would of folded to the BBs jam as we don't have enough hands to know what he is shoving here.

I think the fold will be reasonable. We do not have statistics on this player and we do not know how widely he can play, how many bluffs he has. Preflop game with 88 on the whole stack will not be reasonable.
