Sorry for the ugly format. Copied from stars hand history.
My reasoning for not cbetting the flop is that it missed almost all of the V's 3bet flatting range OOP. (Assuming he's a decent player).
And that people tend to stab at the pot on turn on a checked flop on a 3bet pot assuming we missed as well at these stakes.

But of course most people play like ultra donks getting lucky from what I've seen.

Hi Alucard,
Asuming again he is a decent player his flating range from MP he might have 77-JJ AQ AK ( i don't know the stacks but from the size of blinds i think you are at the start of a tournament and around 100bb ) You should cbet the flop to get value from all those hands he is calling preflop with.
T on turn should hit only TT but that's just 3 combos of TT over 24 of the others i said. As played i think just a call on turn is better If you are not sure what is the next move.. what If he shoves on turn over your raise do you fold? That means you think he is only giving You action with ar at least a 5 there so just call the turn and don't get in ugly situations.. have a plan before you raise.
Good luck

My move is to get the money in on river cause I feel I'm clearly ahead on this board. The turn doesn't change much.
As I said If I cbet & he has nothing I'm getting 0 value while if I check people tend to stab a lot at these stakes with total crap

also almost all pairs aren't going anywhere on that board from 9s to Ks. Lower ones might fold

I think it's wrong to think like that just because you have AA. If i get to that turn exactly the same way when he bets i am thinking: If i raise what do i want him to do: fold better and call with worse.
I cant make him fold better so ar this point i think your raise would fold his A high he is bluffing with. Will fold his 77-99 and he might call with JJ. I don't think he can have QQ and KK since he would have raised preflop (probably or at least raise them 50% of the time) so he calls you with JJ And QQ-KK just a smaller percentage of the time. And he raises you with a 5 or better. If You just call the turn all the other hands are still in his range and you can get value from his bluffs in river.
In the end my opinion is if you won the hand he is not a decent player as we thinked. He is pretty bad
