I'm thinking your opponent has an overpair here. Maybe a reraise on the flop would get more information on his/her hand.

Looks fine to me, though I may just fold the flop because villain's flop sizing is never really air unless you have a read he is a maniac.

Raising this flop would be terrible with pretty much anything other than a set or if we are trying to induce a spaz from our opponent's non made hands.
