I called and villain is still firing on a K turn.

I was happy to call in position.

The river is where it gets interesting.

I hit my straight and the flush comes in too. Villain checked. Do you fire here and how much?

Wow, weird river card haha if Villain was c/r for value, we obviously have him crushed. Sets, two pair, A3 and 63s are all hands I believe we can still get value from here on the river. Unless villain is super creative, I don't think he would turn a hand like A3 with the ace of clubs into a c/r bluff on the river. If villain does c/r this river, I would just give him props for a big hand or a sick bluff.

I'm pretty sure we have a mandatory value bet on this river, as Villain can't really expect us to bet a lot of our hands except for exactly what we have on the river, so I think if he had a flush he would just keep on betting here to try and get value from certain hands that we would check back on the river. If we get c/r it is sick, but again, there aren't a lot of players that will turn a hand like a straight/set/two pair into a bluff here. I think we should bet about 1/3rd to half pot on the river and see if we can get a crying call from some of the hands I mentioned above. If he c/r, then I think we fold, as I simply do not see a lot of bluffs playing it like this.

I bet pot targeting two pair, worse straights, and sets.

I got owned.

Imagine my surprise when V showed up with 7c6c.

It would have been gross if V check raised this spot. It would likely have to be a fold.

Seems like a bad beat, not sure what else you can do there, you even have perfect blockers to middle suited connectors. I think you played this perfectly and it's pretty hard to predict getting coolered by the flush draw.

Check raising flush draws is kind of standard, maybe that's where we pick up a hint of what he has.

Good bet, I think you get called by more hands you beat than you lose to. Can't believe they didn't bet the river, maybe they were gonna check raise and though better of it.

He's way too deep just rip over an x/r on this flop. It would scream "HEY IM DRAWING" because you would never rip with a made, high equity hand.

Bet on river is fine, size a bit smaller... maybe around half pot would be good because we want to get called by worse, not price out worse hands.

As a side note, size bigger pre on your button open. In middle and late stages 2.2x is perfect but when everyone is this deep 3x opens should be our standard
