Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 19/11/2.3

This is the 7th hand early stages of a tourney

HERO PFR 3x w AA in UTG+1.
CO 3b's 2.5x. BTN calls and both blinds complete?!?!?!?!?!?

VILLAIN1, who 3b, has a 13% 3b freq and 0% fold to 4b but this is over 37 hands and I don't even know if he has been 4b yet.

What is your 4b sizing or do you just rip here? I think 4b is mandatory given stack depth but it is the micro's on ACR, so it is not inconceivable that I get called if I shove and make it look like AK.

Any views?

Here's the hand preflop before the action is on me after being 3b. The potsize is 660.

I 3b to just under pot. Is this 3b sizing too small or too big? I've seriously never been in spot like this, where I get 3b w AA and there's 4 callers.

Player HERO raises (540)
Player VILLAIN1 calls (450)
Player VILLAIN2 calls (450)
Player VILLAIN3 calls (450)
Player VILLAIN4 folds

Here's the flop:

*** FLOP ***: [6s 7s Ks]

Any views on what to do on the flop?

I checked with a plan to check call. The 3bettor bet the flop, the button called, and so did I.

Player VILLAIN3 checks
Player HERO checks
Player VILLAIN1 bets (990)
Player VILLAIN2 calls (990)
Player VILLAIN3 folds
Player HERO calls (990)

Here's the turn.

*** TURN ***: [6s 7s Ks] [9s]
Player HERO checks
Player VILLAIN1 checks
Player VILLAIN2 checks

It checks through. but ugh on the turn. Maybe it saved me.

Here's the river:

*** RIVER ***: [6s 7s Ks 9s] [Ad]
Player HERO checks
Player VILLAIN1 allin (3290)

Pretty easy fold.

My question remains on my 4b sizing preflop. Regardless, this hand would have played out the same but should I be betting more than pot in this scenario?
