Were you representing a straight? If so I guess it's a good play to my eyes. There are many hands you could represent like 10,8s or 9,8s or even A8. I guess the BB could have had something like kj or qj.
Considering your range is pretty wide in the button & with a wet board like that I like the play.
A bit risky but in the end it worked fine :)

Actually I think this was played very well. nice raise and good follow through on the flop. Once he just called your re-raise you had to know you had him. the bet on the river was bold as well. could have been touch and go. You showed strength throughout though and that is what made this successful.

Looks fine. It's a good spot to turn a pair into a bluff.

I think that is fine if we are playing MTT or Cash but in a STT is too risky, becuse the strategy is make ITMs as often as possible.

In these spots, I usually check/call until the end, you have showdown value, but the BB range is too wilde to 3bet flop, i guess that in this case, the check call would have the same effect, but you would put less chips at risk

It's a risky move but expected of you, because the opponent has check on river.
And I would play that, but I would just bet less on the river. Nice hand :)

looks good to me, well played. love that you keep barrelling on this board runout... the only thing you have to be careful of in the future is keeping in mind the low level you are playing out, try not to get involved in this type of thing and create situations that are not there. The main source of income at this level is shoving wide still and making people fold too much...

It was interesting play. I dont like raise on the flop. You have a bad bluff catcher. It is not a value hand for play so agressive.
