I don’t know, what ICM-software would say, but for me this would be a call against everyone except a huge nit. You had 14 blinds, and while there were 3 shorter stacks at the table, the first 3 payjumps at the final table is typically insignificant, and they were not that short, so there was not a lot of ICM-pressure going on here. Your goal now is to reach top 3, for that you need more chips, and this seemed like a perfectly fine spot to try and win them.
Also would you have questions about this hand, if the Villain had not made a flush? Probably not and then you are really just annoyed, that he put a bad beat on you in a situation, where most of the time you will end up with a split pot. And yes that is annoying, but it obviously does not mean, you made a mistake. Even AA will sometimes lose to another AA, because 4 cards of the same suit come of the table. It just is, what it is.
