This is the final table of poker stars $3.5/45 players normal blinds tournament. I am on the SB and the BTN's image is of a tight player. Do you think that I could do something better or to
survive

Reraise pre, fold to 4-bet. Bet flop, his button raising range is wide even if he is tight. As played, id probably fold to the turn bet, since with worse made hands he'd likely check, and if hes tight then he likely does this more often for value than as a bluff. Id be interested to hear what other more established players think, cuz im not super confident about that.

Pre-flop, Fold or 3-bet, if you get 4-bet, fold. As Gerb says even tight players open up their range from the BTN in an unopened pot and if he 4-bets you can be pretty sure he has a big hand.

As played, fold the turn bet, 2nd bullet by a tight player with the Q hitting and your T kicker is behind.

Guys, there is rarely a time we can justify 3B/folding off 16bbs, let alone in a spot with ATo in the SB facing a button open....fairly easy reshove preflop. If he is THAT nitty then we should just fold.

As played, it's gross but fold turn.

Agree'd - I missed that his M was less than 10 here. Given this, my choices would be to either shove or fold preflop here.

Thanks for the opinions. The tight factor was the key. Maybe the 3-bet preflop would be the best thing.
The dude had AA.

Right, didn't see he only had 16 bigs.

Turn check-raise is OK. But you must call 4-bet and check-call river
