Looks like a good 3bet/fold to 4 bet jam to me!

Perfect.
What's his 3bet fold? My only caveat would be that I would not do this against a player who does not fold to 3bet much and 4bets a lot.

It’s not one of the stats I look at. I mostly play tourneys and rarely get enough habds on people for that stat to be super relevant.

At least from my experience online, if you play the same tourneys, you will get excellent stats on the regs (hundreds of hands) and I find this stat to be very useful.

Of course with this hand and against his position 3bet looks way better then call.

Seems like a pretty standard re-steal situation, even if you were not at the bubble. What is the weakest hand you would do this with?

Hmmmm....there’s “would” and “should”

I don’t honestly know how wide I should raise here but being the bubble its probably much wider than I think.

As far as what I would do (or would have done in that moment) I probably reraise 66+, A2+ K9o+ K7s+ QTo+ JTo+ And some small suited connectors like 34s-67s and 1 gappers like 46s-58s

I’d probably flat 22-55 and medium suited connectors like 78s-J9s

But in hindsight I can probably 3bet a TON here due to bubble.

It's the bubble, but calling your 3-bet doesn't immediately risk the CO's stack. He should be calling with a tight range, since he'll be near the commitment threshold. But I'd guess that the average player at this buy-in calls wider than they should in this spot.
So I wouldn't go hog wild here.
Your ranges seem reasonable to me.

The player's stats make him look competent, but it's still a $3 MTT.

At this level, in a player pool of this size, specifically at the bubble, I wouldn't worry about balancing my 3-bet and flatting ranges.

I'd drop the one-gappers, and raise with every other hand you mentioned. I don't have a flatting range here.

If one of my opponents is clever enough to figure out that I don't have a flatting range, and have an unbalanced (but fairly wide) 3-bet range, with effective stacks of about this size, from the blinds, at the bubble, then good for them.
