The game was a 9 handed SNG and we were all in the money. The villain was literally shoving all hands which is not surprising with the cheap lead he has on both of the other players. He open shoved on Button, I called with 22.

Game ID: 796491498 150/300 $3 Regular 9-Max, Table 1 (Hold'em)
Seat 4 is the button
Seat 3: BB (1503).
Seat 4: Villain (11187).
Seat 6: Hero (810).

Player Hero has small blind (150)
Player BB has big blind (300)

Player Villain allin (11162)
Player Hero allin (635) holding 2s 2h
Player BB folds
Uncalled bet (10377) returned to Villain

Pot: 1945. Rake 0
Board: [2c 4c 3d 10c 6d]

*Player Villain shows: Flush, J high [Jc 5c]. Bets: 810. Collects: 1945. Wins: 1135.

My question is:
I know I am going to be flipping with any hand or be 80 to 20 behind against any pair.

Should I fold here and wish that the other player busts first?
I will have 2 BB behind and other player will have 5 BB if I fold.

I think 22 is a fold here...with a fast check on ICMIZER you should call from SB with around 19% of your range (55+,A4s+,A8o+,K9s+,KTo+,QTs+)..

U can't fold here unless the BB isn't ICM-aware whatsoever. The button is shoving atc and when you fold the big blind might call top 5-10% of hands.

I don't think BB is aware of ICM. I was thinking maybe I fold this and try to ladder up to win the second because money jump is not small.
The thing was if I win the flip, I will have a shot at finishing first

Folding a small pair with 2,5BB stack, no way! You are most time a slightly favorite against most hands. Don't be paranoid thinking that someone could have bigger pair. Well of course it happens, but not that often. It's very likely that you will have coin flip with a few percents more as you have a pair. If he has 2 in his hand you are even a big favorite. And if you win you not only double up, but also take the big blind. And the other shorty has nearly double chips as you and it was his big blind, so what you want waiting for? Going all-in automatically with a rubbish like 29o in a few hands?
I would call 22 there off the top of my head.

Normally if blinds were not tight I would not call 22 but since blinds are crunching. You had to call and any pocket pair is typically a favourite against two random cards.
