The real answer here is not finding yourself in this spot. I know that sometimes it happens, where you get cooler-ed right as the level goes up and things like that. So I am aware that sometimes having 7BB in the BB is unavoidable.

However, once there, you're pretty much looking for any two-cards. You'll be risking 7BB for 16BB's - breakeven is 42% equity.

Against a random villain range, hero's range looks like this:
22+,A2s+,K2s+,Q2s+,J7s+,T7s+,97s+,87s,76s,65s,A2o+,K8o+,Q8o+,J9o+,T9o,98o,87o

If we can actually assign villain a range, a very wide range, but not 1326, we should be jamming all 1326 ourselves.

Less than random villain range: 22+,A2s+,K2s+,Q5s+,J6s+,T7s+,98s,87s,A2o+,K2o+,Q9o+,J9o+,T9o

Gives us 42% equity with every single hand we're dealt

So basically, get it in here with ATC. The real solution is not being here.
