$22 NLHE MTT: 1010 from MP facing 15 BB shove

Online tourney on PS.Blinds are 200/400/50. We are 9 handed.
I'm in MP with 24K looking at . I'm the big stack at the table. all the rest are under 30bb.

I bet 891,
To my left is V1 - 53/20/67 over 15 hands. with 9750. He calls.
Folds around to the button (V2)who is short with 5500 and not enough hands to be relevant. He completes.


Flop- Pot is 3323

V2 on the button shoves his remaining 5K.
I was contemplating between raising or calling her but with the fishy stats (though a small sample) I decided to call with the intention of calling a shove by V1. Mistake?
V1 calls.


Turn - Pot is 18227.

Now its only a side pot. V1 has just under 4K behind.I have 18K.

Shove flop, spr is too low. Same story on turn just shove with that spr.

I didn't give the chip amounts of the other players, but all had over 20BB, and one with 27BB. So total of 2 with 25 and over.
Why shove flop in that case?
I was going to call any shove obviously but I think shoving will scare the fish away. I don't see KQ or even AJ calling a shove there many times. Even low pairs would fold. But I do see low pairs shoving over my raise (for example).

Im confused how flop was played. How V2 shoves when we are first to act? Is V2 on btn or bb?

i don't mind the call on the flop, jam is fine too. Will have to call it off on any turn though for 4k in 18k when you call. If your call induced a call by a weak hand from V1 then great job. Unlucky turn, we can't get away though as played.

V2 is button. Had 15BB to pre and completed to see the flop, then shoved.

Donk jamming is indicates tha villain has a medium strength hand or a draw.
Since the other opponent has 9K stack then calling isn't accomplish much.Villain will fold or shove, he can't call as well with his stack size.
So your best move is to ship it on the flop.

Shove preflop or 2b jam flop. fishes will call this flop w 2 overs. no point in going in those awkward spots with such a low stack to pot ratio

Pre is good, definitely cbet this flop large and jam over the shove.
