Starting stacks about 12000
Rebuy available until 1st break.

Villain has a stronger image, looks like he knows what he is doing.
Hero's image is tight

Some of the bet sizes might be off as they are based on memory as I didn't capture all the details after the hand.

Blinds 100/200

Villain UTG Raise (~12000 Stack) 600
Folds to Hero (~12000 Stack) in MP3 with KK, 3bet to 1800
Everyone else folds
Villain Calls

Flop comes A 5 9 rainbow (don't remember suits)

Villain Checks
Hero Cbet for 1000
Villain Check Raises for 5200 (I believe)
Hero Calls.

Turn is K

Villain pushes all In
Hero Snap Calls
Villain Shows 10 10

River is a blank.

Hero wins the pot.

Villain then proceeds to berate Hero for a good 45 minutes on making a bad play.

Questions.
Is the Call on the check raise bad? Is a fold better or would a shove be better?

If you put him on Ax, then he would have a point. Of course if you correctly put him on a pair it's a gutsy call you have to make. If your dream card doesn't hit, you have a real dilemma, as he seemed intent on getting it all in.

That check raise size does not make much sense as this board favours your range more as preflop 3 bettor against UTG open. Unless you have a sick read he has 99, you have to call one street to re-evaluate.

I dont see any point shoving
