Just fold pre, that limp is awful! Folding flop is correct when you get yourself in this shambles... You don't even know that any of your outs are clean. Calling would just compound your mistake preflop postflop. I really can't get my head around the logic in limping here :S

Never open limp preflop outside the SB, or unless you have some type of read that says open limping is highly profitable and you're up against the right opponents.

I would fold preflop here. As played, flop is a x/f.

limp preflop is very bad with that hand, fold by default. Even raise with that hand is not so awful as limp

Fold

Qjoff is a fold pre UTG. After that I think you you need to check fold that flop, catching a Q or a J OOP would sometimes be bad and you're drawing to 4 outs to the 10.
