On the flop, after the villain's 3-bet, I would put him on a flush draw, two pairs, set and maybe also top pair, that's trying to win the pot right there.
The turn, I think, is better for my range as I have more aces than my opponent and in case he doesn't have a 6, he's in a tough spot. I interpret his check as a two-pair/set type of hand that wants to get to the showdown, so I decided to turn my hand into a bluff. I wouldn't exclude flush draw completely, but I'd assume the villain would keep betting with it at least a decent amount of time.
I will continue with my plan on the river and to avoid spoilers, the villain takes a really long time before making his decision.
