On the flop, after the villain's 3-bet, I would put him on a flush draw, two pairs, set and maybe also top pair, that's trying to win the pot right there.

The turn, I think, is better for my range as I have more aces than my opponent and in case he doesn't have a 6, he's in a tough spot. I interpret his check as a two-pair/set type of hand that wants to get to the showdown, so I decided to turn my hand into a bluff. I wouldn't exclude flush draw completely, but I'd assume the villain would keep betting with it at least a decent amount of time.

I will continue with my plan on the river and to avoid spoilers, the villain takes a really long time before making his decision.

Thoughts?

Looking at the hand to my opinion you played it well except for the all in on the river, which he will only call when he has you beat with a straight or flush or set.
