Villain in seat 3 is tight but very aggressive. I viewed it as a great chance to double up if one of my outs hit but im low on chips. Do you lay down or push based on outs.

personally i check shove turn since we are favourite against every hand possible

Now on the turn i check and see what kind of bet villain puts out before deciding on a call, since our implied odds are small since it would be obvious we are drawing and we are oop on the river.

You could also shove this turn and try and push villain off a jack or 8's, 9's or tens. Although since tournys are all about survival, i probably check then call if given odds

If this is in the rebuy period I jammy-whammy the flop all day long.

I wouldn't call the flop, then push the turn but if you do you either have 15 clean outs vs a big pair getting your 2 to 1 pot on a 1/3 draw (but its a tourn. not ring), get some better hands to fold, or you're well behind a villain with AK/AQ of clubs and a little behind sets (compared to pot odds). I guess we have to come up with a range of villain hands and decide how many will be folded to see if its worthwhile...oh yeah 100/200 is that still rebuy period?

Ship it on the flop, you are barely ahead against almost any case scenario.

our implied odds are small since it would be obvious we are drawing and we are oop on the river.

This is half the reason we're raising the flop, get it in when you have tons of outs and the possibility of taking it down with 9 high. Otherwise you are paying for a draw that is unlikely to get paid off.

I would most likely shove the flop. As played, c/shove turn,
