You can figure out spots like this by knowing what your ICM% changes to depending on the outcome of the hand.

Potential outcomes:

  1. Call and win
  2. Call and lose
  3. Fold
Now for each outcome our equity for the tournament is:

  1. Win = 21.88%
  2. Lose = 0%
  3. Fold = 13.94%
So for this to be a call, we need our equity in the hand to be >63.7%.

Knowing that, it's an easy fold.

JJ spot

It is hard to say is your decision wright or wrong as there is no isolation range from the CO available.
*on villians 3x pot bet we will have to fold at lest 75%-85% of our range
Let's take a look on two hypothetical situations:
1. You're isolation range in this situation from the CO looks like 88+, AK, AQ, AJ, AT.
On Qs9s3s you will continue with made flushes, QQ, 99, AA, KK, AQ, AK with one spade and fold AJ, AT, AK without spades, 88, TT and also JJ. Which could be about 75%.
2. You're isolation range in this situation from the CO looks like CO opening range.
JJ become much easier fold as we have hands that are better like KQ, QJ, QT QXs, etc.

I saw a lot of players played their weak holding such as QJ, KQ, Q10, Q9 (without spade) like that. They are trying to play their fold equity against open raiser. Specially, in this case, the V covers you.

I think it is an easy fold and look for a better spot.
