Well it's 17th hand of $1 SNG and hardly any info to opps, except BB could build a big stack on one of previous hands calling with a toptop silly bluff all-in from another.
Yeah i know, that i played my 77s pretty weak there preflop and shouldnt have called on turn.
Looking at this hand after, i think i should have raise it preflop, to have at least only 1 opponent on a flop, betting flop halfpot and let it go on turn aggression. But how would you play that hand?

I'm folding preflop. With 18bb and no antes, there isn't much merit in opening 77 here in EP, I'd much rather open a hand like 87s or J9s than 77. If there were antes in play I would open shove. If the table is on the tighter side I'd open raise. Regardless, limping is the absolute worst option here.

Flop is fine, turn is weird, before we bet, our opponent's most likely hand here is going to be a 6x type hand or a flush draw (having 77 blocks out many of his straights/straight draws and villain will likely raise 2 pairs/straights/sets on the flop I think your sizing is fine, and we are obviously snapping off his shove because of what I said above. 77 is the best 1 pair hand you can call with here.

Also, I noticed you have been posting the results of hands you are posting in the Tournament Hand Analysis section. You should always be hiding the results of hands you want analysis on, as the opinions you get are more likely to be flawed when we know the result of the hand.

Thank you for your analyze and for a good tip about posting hands, i will take this in mind for next posts.
Btw before your reply i was tending to raise preflop, but now i think you are right and fold would be more better on a distance, considering bad position and beginning phase of the tournament.

Since it's 9 handed I tend to fold in that position. But if I decide to enter the pot with 77 there I'm definitely going to raise 3bb or so
