Interesting hand..In my opinion,i dont think that villain has lead-bluff range on turn but i would call..First of all,i dont know ofc how he is playing his draws on flop in general,(probably a check-shove his club combinations as he is OOP and not deep?) but as he x/call on flop, its weird for draw hand to lead shove on that brick card on the turn..maybe because he is commited to the pot he would do it anyway, but i tend that its probably a value shove..there are some hands that you beat on his value range such as Q9s,K9s,A9s and A9o even i dont think he would open and call 3bet with the A9o..He can have some pair of 33 that has an open ended straight draw and also some 66-88 with Turn lead bet can make u fold many hands u cbet on flop that missed..(AQo+,AJs+ for example)..But ok..u need 24% equity to call his shove on the turn and u have always the odds in your side as with the worst case scenario that his range is (99+,55-22,A9s,K9s,Q9s,AcKc,AcQc,KcQc) you have 29.67% equity so i agree with your call :)

Flat pre unless you're 3B/calling or your opponent has a very low fold to 3bet and almost no 4bet bluff frequency.

Bet smaller on the flop (5-6bb), your opponent's calling range is static here and this is a dry board, so your range does not need a lot of protection.

Snap call turn, U are getting well over 2:1 and it would be awful for your opponent to lead with a set here.
