So a little background for context before I go over the hand. V had been playing somewhere between 20-30% of hands and really folded to any aggression in previous hands unless he had something made but limped and bet really small a huge chunk of the time on hands he went to the flop on. For most of the tournament too, v was on my left so we had a lot of SB v. BB situations and the v had been folding to my steal attempts about 70% and of the 30% he called it was basically a 100% fold to cbet so I was really starting to take a chunk out of his stack and had started saying some less than favorable things to me in the chat which I took as him being tilted, and then this happened :hmmmm2::

I ended up folding because if I didn't one of my outs for the straight on the river I was pretty sure I wouldn't have any showdown value, and even if I hit a 6 or an 8 I was thinking the same because I was figuring he had some Ax combo, maybe even A2?

So you're asking if you should call 2165 into a 360 pot on the turn with 8 outs? Or are you asking if there's any way you have 14 outs and should call then? Maybe he has 3d4d and you're ahead...good fold.

It's a weird line but obviously you are not calling with 8 high. Better question would be what should your calling range be in that spot.
