$1.65 NLHE STT: TT near the Bubble

This is a 9 man SNG with your typical 50/30/20 payout structure. UTG and MP are both very short, and UTG is very likely to be all-in on this hand regardless of what we do. With that in mind, we have to be very tight considering ICM. Thoughts here?

treat UTG like he just shoved, but with the possibility of some fold equity. However we don't really care about him at all, the SB is the ONLY players range we care about. So work out what he jams and run it in an ICM calculator.

I'd suggest calling here with only KK+ i don't think TT is particularly close, but i haven't done ICM work in a while so i'm pretty rusty.

IMO easy fold because no usual play would risk his chip lead to 2nd chip leader with a hand worse than TT. In best case, it'll be a coinflip against AK (or AQ, if he's lose) or you'll be badly dominated by higher pocket pair.
