I can't say it was good to be honest...You must have had a better hand to shove with before rather than 8 J o

I made the calculations assuming that the blinds are 100/200 ante 40, please write the blind levels next time in order to agilize the calculous.

Your push is correct your range here should be wide and include this hands SB 81.3%, 22+ Qx+ J2s+ J3o+ T2s+ T5o+ 92s+ 95o+ 82s+ 85o+ 73s+ 75o+ 62s+ 64o+ 52s+ 54o 42s+

The BB should calls with this range 49.6%, 22+ Kx+ Q2s+ Q5o+ J5s+ J8o+ T7s+ T9o 98s

So well played :)

Yep, with <8 BB and <5 effective BB J8o is a correct shove here. You have a lot of fold equity to pick up another big blind and the antes and against ATC you have a flip.

Yeah, if the blind levels are 100/200 with a 40 ante like someone said above, it's a totally standard shove. Just sucks you ran into it this time, but thus is the variance of Sit and Gos :) most people aren't calling here correctly though, especially at $1.50 stakes, so you'll be PRINTING chips in the long run here with that shove.

I think that blinds are 80/160 ante 20 but it's a good shove.

This is a long time profit play you don't need the calculator to see it. The BB is so low stack as you, so much afraid then you to leave the tournament. Bad luck to have a AJ dominating your hand but you still had 25% of equity what is not the worst equity that you can get on poker.

so thinking based on EV you play was definitely EV+

Seems like a good shove. But blind levels seem important to me. Maybe not for this hand but something similar.
