What is hero position?
What is other people stacks?
Did everybody else fold preflop (1v1 on flop)? Is there possible flush on river? (as played:you have checked 3 of a kind on river? )

Fold preflop.
Why cbet flop? hits his range way more then yours.

Raise A4o 6 handed maybe a little loose but I think it's also Ok sometimes (If the blinds are playing tight). You can check back that flop most of the time. That flop does hit his flatting range pretty hard and you have essentially completely whiffed. But a c-bet there might be fine too sometimes (I would definitely C-bet smaller though with both my value hands like AJ/KJ/JJ+/J10/10s/9s and complete airs like A high, with draws I may bet slightly bigger, closer to your bet size).

Tough spot on the river I must say. I am not sure what I would have done. If the hero had bet smaller on the flop might have been easier to get away from it on the river. Also, in these spots, villains are not bluffing very often (unless its a specially crazy villain).
