$1.10 NLHE MTT Turbo: $1,10 NLHE MTT Turbo: 6 max, Turned 4 of a kind 2 away from bubble

My question Is as follows. Is the "4bet Min C.I.B" a tell vs certain players?

I mean I have so much history with this player, that I honestly knew that "He/She would never believe me", so I figured the only option I had In this Instance to get stacks ITM were to take this line. I mean. The hand worked out so well with the first player betting 12k (On Turn) and than they do that "Small RR" so I was like, what are the "Best" options here.

A) Shove, and make It look like an 8x (As well), as I figure they wouldn't figure me for checking In the BB with a pair like 9s+ this close to ITM, correct? Yet the Issue I find with "Shoving" Is that It doesn't "Give them room to think I might be doing something odd". As I've been either "Shoving A.I pre" and/or 3betting A.I pre.

B) I smooth call It, and hope that the 1st person that be 12k also follows along. The Issue with this move was that I thought (With 2 players calling, It's for sure gonna telegraph that either of us have a 7x In our hand), and not to mention the possible (Terrible over cards that may come and stop the action).

Which than left the last option the "Min C.I.B". My question though Is this, does this move with a "Bet/Raise" In-front of you, telegraph the actual strength of my hand? I mean really, does It not, convey the fact that I In-fact do have 7x In my range? Add to that the fact that I was In the BB?

Yes I do play rather aggressively at times but even I know, when to call It quits (At times, with a move and move on to the next hand:eek: ).

My go-to with quads in a spot like this is calling as quickly as possible because most people wouldn't expect you to do this with quads. Especially with position, many times I get put all-in or see a committing bet on the river (much to my dismay). It is hard to put in aggression on the turn and give up with so many chips in there on the river is all I can guess.

You are unlikely to get 2 customers no matter how you play it. There's more than 100,000 in the pot already... the history you mentioned and the fact that you are so close to the bubble probably makes a small min-raise doable, but this is a $1 tournament and you might be over-thinking it!

Good luck to you! :D

Anything you do here looks strong. I prefer jamming here small blind has an eight more often than not you don't want a big card to hit the river and kill your action. Also you do not have enough chips to make it look fishy. Your min 3bet is for more than a third of your stack so you are pretty much telling your opponent you are pot committed and if they call this raise they would call a shove as well. If you both had more chips then yes to a click it back. If you had position I would say smooth call to bring along UTG player he either has a middle to low ace or a small pair.
