I think you overplayed this hand. According to my experience, he is usually repping straight or nuts FD on flop. I probably would just call his raise.

In Omaha people rarely fold their draws. You can bet how much you can they do not fold their draws. You need to have the nuts or second distant nuts in Omaha tournaments.

I don't like the raise pre-flop, position is very important in PLO, playing bloated pots OOP is not fun, check and play a reasonable pot.

As played you got a good flop for your hand but you are not a favorite against big draws and you can easily be behind a straight.

If your opponent is bad enough to get that many chips in with a lower set your line is okay, but I think I would rather just c/c or call the raise and get it in on a safe turn when you are at least favored a bit more.
