Yes, obv this a good spot for a bluff, provided your image is not too loose/bluffy.

I like your bet. I'd take a long time before betting this spot. Maybe a tiny bit smaller would probably make it look more like you have an 8.

2/3 pot sounds about right.

If you want an exact number, I'd go for 2008. Great year btw.
